Continuing our tradition of intimate cooking lessons with Chef Tony, we’re happy to announce our 2013 schedule of events.
We offer two types of food experiences...
Group Cooking Demonstrations / Chef Discussions and Private Cooking Lessons
Groups of no more than 20 individuals total, our groups are couples, singles, ALL ages and experience levels
· Plan on 1-3 Interactive Demonstrations focused on building your awareness of your ingredients and cooking methods
· Participation in our actual kitchen is limited for larger groups due to space restrictions, but private lessons and special arrangements can be made.
· Private access to a Chefs Discussion for as long as you need with Chef Tony, a 24 year veteran restauranteur and Chef. Ask ANYTHING you need to know to make your home kitchen experience better!
Group Classes are typically $55 per person which includes a 3-5 course Tasting Menu and we make available very reasonably priced wines and cocktails…a wonderful get away to start your weekend right!
· Tip and Tax is additional to your price per person, paid at the end of the class
Our classes are scheduled currently as 2nd Saturday of each month. Each class begins at 12 pm sharp, full bar is available for purchase, and we extend a 20% Discount on any Bottle of Wine purchased.

Private Cooking Classes can be arranged on a one off basis, or as an ongoing Education basis multiple times a month.
Please Email the Chef to discuss schedules and opportunities. General rates are $75-125 per hour, 2 Hour minimum + Cost of food. Small groups can be arranged for as well.
