The story...


As a Chef and Restaurant owner, I depend on quality products to serve my guests.  I believe that foods in season are most abundant, flavorful and quite honestly, cost effective.  The problem that exists is one of communication between Farmers and restaurants, there needs to be a better system to facilitate commerce on a granular level.  


In my opinion, keeping it simple is key...allow a forum for Farmers to present their products, and Chefs/Restaurant owners better tools to be in touch with suppliers letting them know the kinds of products that we need.  We all want and need to do business, but unless one of the two sides is in pursuit of the other, opportunities are lost.


Please come and support this series of events, culminating in our most personable and exploratory dinner on September 19th...my goal is to make this just the beginning of future conversations that become mutually beneficial to the farmers, the Chef and in the end, our guests.
