Moving forward, instead of only offering one Gluten Free Menu, we will prefer to take our Daily Created Menu,
and adjust based on your dietary needs. As of July of 2010, our menu is approximately 90% Gluten Free...and some dishes that have gluten can be adjusted to accommodate. We are here to serve all our guests, and especially excited to offer you a wide variety of Gluten Free options.
Please communicate clearly and know that we are aware of how to handle and present our food to be not only tasty and pretty, but safe for you to consume.

We use natural vegetable stocks, and use many grains that are completely safe for Gluten Free dining.
We have rice flour and rice/corn based pasta days, please inquire with the Chef team about your needs.
