Super excited to have taken a trip last week to Chincoteague, VA and visited Mumford Shellfish.  They were harvesting Gracie's Point Oysters that day and we took a ride out at 5 am to see the process!

Had the pleasure of getting to know a fellow Chef last week who brought us some super premium olive oil

We had a blast, talking over tattoos, rice bran oil and cooking around the world.
