We have all sizes available...

Shrimp count is number of shrimp PER pound.

"U15" is Under 15 per pound.
16/20 is 16 to 20 per pound.
"21/25" is 21 to 25 per pound.

These can come frozen or thawed for your convenience.

The shell will be on them, you'll need to peel and devein them.

Can be poached in an herb broth, sauteed in or out of the shell.  Baked or broiled.
